To the maximum extent permitted by law, the creators and operators of SendCrypted shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the service.
• The accidental or unauthorized disclosure of any encrypted information.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the service.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use SendCrypted for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these terms. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Using the service to transmit malware, viruses, or any other malicious code.
• Attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity, or decrypt secrets belonging to others.
• Using the service for fraudulent activities or to violate the privacy of others.
• Automated scraping or massive data entry that disrupts service availability.
